I moved to Nashville in September 2009 and have been growing my roots here ever since. Over the years I have fallen in love with this small-town-feeling city again and again and have come to feel deeply at home here. I moved here to join an all-girl country band, like ya do, and have since branched out to writing, recording and touring as a solo artist. I teach yoga, both privately and in studios, and am on a quest to help others (and myself) feel better in their bodies and more connected to their hearts.

Self-employed singer-songwriter and yoga instructor. I also work for a music management company here in town called Market Monkeys.

Music is in my blood and I was singing and making up my own songs from girlhood. My mom is a singer and songwriter and my dad is a cellist and composer, so the presence of music was constant in our home from my earliest years. My move to Nashville was the first step in fully committing myself as a writer and performer. I soon discovered the joys and struggles of crafting songs, and it is something I have only grown more passionate about over time. One of the things I love most about living in Nashville is the rich and vibrant musical community here, which keeps me constantly inspired to rise to the occasion.
